Refund policy

Please note that products do not require a signature upon delivery therefore Aries Home cannot be held responsible for any items that do not arrive. If you would like your delivery to include a signature please contact us at sales@arieshome.co.uk  and we can communicate these shipping costs. When placing your order please ensure that you give your correct address for delivery since we cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address given at the checkout. 

RETURNS

We hope that you love your Aries Home purchase, however if for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you have 14 days to receive a full refund (postage not included) for your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at sales@arieshome.co.uk. 


All items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are returned and received by Aries Home. When returning items we advise using a tracked service and proof of postage. Aries Home will aim to process returns within 14 days. We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days.

Please note, Aries Home are unable to reimburse for the cost of returning an item and unless in exceptional circumstances, the cost of returning an item will be at the expense of the customer.



DAMAGES AND ISSUES

If you receive a damaged item, or the wrong item, please ensure you notify us within 2 days of you receiving your order for it to be rectified.
